Offering over 100 bedrooms, fine dining, weddings, and events along with relaxing spa facilities, the hotel is located one mile from the city centre and offers a countryside feel as it sits in five acres next to Inverness Golf course.
Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service, the establishment has two outstanding eateries and a banqueting suite that can house up to 300 covers at a large event, weddings, and private functions.
Combining the freshest local produce with traditional contemporary ingredients, the hotel creates an eclectic mix of Scottish and International cuisine.
About the role?
- Lead and manage a team of 30 associates and 5 supervisors.
- Be responsible for the daily operation of two restaurants and private fine dining areas.
- Ensure that excellent quality service is delivered to all guests.
- Be involved in the interviewing and training of new associates to the team.
- Identify, implement, and monitor all standards including SOP’s, health & safely and risk assessments.
- Complete weekly rota and manage holiday requests.
Essential Skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Act as a role model for all associates by displaying a positive approach through training, inspiration, and motivation.
- Excellent food and wine knowledge
- Good communication skills both verbally and written.
- Can cope under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisation and planning skills gained through previous experience.
