Key Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative learning strategies and courses.
- Evaluate individual and organisational development needs.
- Implement diverse learning methods (coaching, job-shadowing, online training).
- Design and deliver e-learning and in-person courses, workshops, and other trainings.
- Assess the success of development plans and optimise learning opportunities.
- Facilitate the annual performance review process and support organisational development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing and implementing learning and development programs.
- Strong understanding of various training methods and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess and identify training needs effectively.
- Budget management and negotiation skills.
- Degree preferably in Learning Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of learning and development experience (at a leadership level) including developing, implementing, and delivering training.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Create, update, and implement departmental SOPs.
- Monitor operational standards and procedures.
- Implement measures to improve cost efficiency.
- Budget, plan, and monitor departmental expenditure.
- Ensure security and confidentiality of information.
- Foster high levels of Employee engagement.
Compliance & Health & Safety Responsibilities
- Prioritise safety to avoid harm or injury.
- Promote Health & Safety within the department.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures.
- Uphold ethical standards in alignment with the company's Code of Conduct.
